The Pinewoods Timeline
The history of Pinewoods Camp is now displayed on five large panels hanging on the wall behind the Camphouse. A full year in the making, this Centennial project represents hours and hours of research, discussion, compromise, revising, and wordsmithing. Summarizing 100 years of Camp’s history on five panels was quite a project, but thanks to the expert graphic design by Chris Reynolds, the timeline came together beautifully.
The timeline display is designed to weather one season. Pinewoods is applying for grants to fund a more permanent installation taking into account corrections and suggestions made this summer. This timeline is a living document – the digital version will be revised over time and live on our website.
We appreciate your feedback. Use this form or complete a paper version at Camp this summer.
