Dining Hall

Pinewoods Camp’s open-sided Dining Hall dates from 1937 and seats campers at beautiful hand-made tables and benches. Besides the main hall, there is additional seating on the porch overlooking Long Pond, as well as in an airy tent on the front lawn.

The camp comes together for meals, which offer the opportunity for good food prepared from scratch and satisfying conversation. Breakfast is served cafeteria style, while dinner and lunch are served family style. There is a self-service area with an “alternatives cart” and a popular coffee and tea area.

Attached to the Dining Hall is an enlarged and newly-renovated kitchen, providing a safe, comfortable environment for our cooks and kitchen crew who prepare 3 meals a day for campers and crew throughout the season. Pinewoods menu includes produce from local farms and bread baked daily. The cooks are adept at creating delicious food for all, including those with food sensitivities.
