Thank you for your interest! Registration for Crew Reunion has closed.

As part of the Pinewoods Centennial celebration, we’re having a unique reunion to celebrate the hard work of our Crew members past and present.

Every summer, Crew builds camaraderie by working, dancing, and creating memories – let’s do that again in grand style with generations of Crew together at Camp. Since our reunion will take place during closing season, the weekend will include work and play. If you’re a former or current crew member, this weekend is for you!

Session Details

The session opens at 3:00 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025 and departure time is 11:00 am on Sunday, September 14, 2025. There will be an option for some attendees to stay an extra day or two for additional closing activities.

We will have a lottery after the registration deadline (June 1) if the session is over-subscribed, and notify Campers of their registration status by June 15. Priority will be given to individuals who have ever been on Crew: as paid-crew and/or as a long-term Volunteer (2+ weeks).

If you are unable to join us for the full weekend please reach out to for alternate participation options.
