Special Diet Form
Although the Pinewoods kitchen makes an effort to list potential allergens, Pinewoods can not accept responsibility for notifying you of the presence of potential allergens in the food. If your allergies are minor and you can easily take care of them yourself, please do not bother to fill out this form.

- Two weeks before your session call the kitchen at 508-224-4020 between 9-11am or 2-4pm and ask to speak with one of our cooks

At dinner on the first night of your session, check with the kitchen and see if they have prepared a special option for you.

After the first night dinner, there will be a brief meeting at the kitchen for all people with special diets. The cooks will want to put a face to name, as well as clarify any questions they might have about your dietary needs.
Please do not assume that we already have this information For this form to be useful, we need it completed by three weeks before camp.
